• Delivery Service – Pakistan
    • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after your order has been confirmed.
    • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
    • Delivery within Pakistan is free for prepaid orders of Rs. 2,000 and above.
    • Delivery within Pakistan is free for cash‑on‑delivery (COD) orders of Rs. 8,000 and above.
    • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 180 applies to COD orders below Rs. 8,000.
    • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
    • All deliveries are traceable; you will receive SMS and/or email updates from the courier.

    We always strive to meet the above delivery timelines; however, during busy periods (such as sales or special promotions) your order may take a little longer to reach you. Events beyond our control, including extreme weather or other force majeure situations, can also cause delays.

    Rangrez Rewear cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions provided directly to the courier company.

  • Delivery Service – International
    • International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from order confirmation.
    • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) in the destination country.
    • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping country, city and zip/postal code.
    • International shipments are fully traceable, with tracking details shared via email and/or SMS where available.

    Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or due to customs processing and other factors outside our control.

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or controlled by Rangrez Rewear.

    Rangrez Rewear cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any special delivery instructions given directly to the courier.

  • Delayed or Missing Order

    The estimated delivery time for orders within Pakistan is 3–5 working days, and 7–10 working days for international shipments. Please allow your order to arrive within this window.

    If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team via email, phone, or social media with your order number. Our team will coordinate with the courier to locate and update you on your shipment.

  • Track My Order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link (wherever a trackable service is used). Click on this link at any time to see the latest status and location of your parcel.
