Return & Exchange – Rangrez Rewear

  • Exchange Policy – Pakistan

    Items purchased online from rangrezrewear.com can be exchanged for a different size or colour only if the original item was incorrectly shipped to you or is found to be faulty (for example, wrong size, silhouette, or colour).

    Once your claim is accepted, the item will be scheduled for pickup with all original tags and packaging, and will be replaced with a new piece free of charge, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, a coupon code (usable online and valid for 2 months) will be issued for the same value. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

    For SALE items, we can only exchange the size of the same article (if available). Sale articles cannot be exchanged for a different design.

  • Exchange Policy – International Customers

    At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on orders shipped outside Pakistan. However, items that have been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, silhouette) or are faulty may be eligible for a refund or store credit under our refund policy. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Exchange at Rangrez Stores (Pakistan)

    Complimentary in‑store exchanges for size are available at Rangrez Rewear locations in Pakistan. Items purchased in stores cannot be exchanged online.

    When visiting a store for an exchange, please bring your original invoice/receipt and the item in its original condition with all tags attached to help us process your request quickly.

  • Exchange on faulty items

    You may request an exchange if an item is defective or has been sent incorrectly. You must provide written notice (email or contact form) explaining the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

    Items that have been used or worn will not be accepted. Articles with stains, body odours or perfume scents, marks, damage, or water stains will not qualify for return or exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed at the current prevailing price.

    Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number, the item name and product code, and clear images of the fault so we can assist you.

  • Refund Policy

    Merchandise that is received in defective or faulty condition may be returned to Rangrez Rewear’s online store. A request for an exchange or a coupon code must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with visual proof of the defect.

    For orders within Pakistan, approved defective items will be collected by our courier partner. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

    Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Eligible cases will be compensated via exchange or store credit (coupon code).

    Most returns are processed within approximately 2–3 weeks after your complaint has been logged. Additional processing time may be required during peak periods.

  • Out of Stock – Store Credit / Replacement

    If an item in your confirmed order becomes out of stock, our Customer Service team will contact you with the following options:

    • Issue a coupon code of the same value (usable online and valid for 2 months), or
    • Help you select an alternate article from the website. If the new item is higher in price, you will pay the difference; if it is lower in price, the remaining balance will be credited to you via coupon code.
