  • Missing or faulty item

    If an item is missing from your parcel or appears faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and share the following details:

    • Your order number
    • The item name and SKU / style code
    • A brief description of the fault or missing item
    • Clear images showing the issue (if applicable)
  • Wrong order received

    If you have received the wrong product, size or color, please contact our Customer Service team with:

    • Your order number
    • Details of the item you received
    • Details of the item you were expecting
    • Photographs of the received product and packing slip
  • Order cancellation

    Once an order is placed on rangrezrewear.com, our team may contact you to confirm your details. If we are unable to confirm your order within 48–72 hours, or cannot reach you using the contact information provided, the order may be cancelled.

    If you wish to request cancellation before your order is processed, please contact Customer Service with your order number as soon as possible. Orders that have already been confirmed and processed for dispatch cannot be cancelled.

  • Order amendments

    Please review your cart, delivery address and contact details carefully before completing your purchase. At this time, orders placed on rangrezrewear.com cannot be amended (including changes to item, size, color, quantity or shipping address) once they have been submitted.
